15 June 2012: The restoration has been stalled for over two years as life takes priority. I was recently promoted to Master Sergeant with the US Army and am moving this month to Chicago so I really need to get a handle on this gas tank situation. When stopping by to try and contact Mr. Williams at his shop in Piqua, I discovered that his operation has been shut down and he has moved to Russia, Ohio. I was able to find his shop and a worker in the adjacent business informed me that he was very seldom present and did not have a contact number for him. At least I know where he moved his business and can continue to attempt to regain contact.
